Dear Michan,

I have been meaning to write you for so long! I want to write a glowing letter for your portfolio. But for now, I must quickly say thanks and let you know how much the new windows (esp the bay in the front) have meant to all of us. This being our first winter with them, I expected the room to be warmer without drafts. Well, who knew that we would have two weeks of record breaking snow?? And through it all, we were able to enjoy a true winter wonderland, draft free and with the benefit of light and an expansive view. We have all enjoyed it so.
