You fairly and graciously accommodated changes we requested during the course of the project. We were kept updated on the scheduling and the job was completed as planned. Since I tend to be very critical about workmanship (given my background as a machinist and also a fine furniture maker), my opinion of your work is not to be taken lightly. You are a professional, friendly group of craftsmen who care about accuracy, neatness, design detail and subsequently customer satisfaction (plus a sense of humor that is refreshing). These are qualities that are too often lacking in the modern business world. Keep up the good work.
